The MSF will be at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., tomorrow (May 23) in front of the famed stadium sign to deliver important messages and demonstrations about how to prevent crashes during the Memorial Day getaway weekend and beyond.
From 7 a.m. to noon we will be conducting intersection re-creation demos, MSF coaches will be showing action-oriented exercises from the MSF Basic RiderCourse, including a first look at new exercises from the next-generation course being developed, and a camera/data-acquisition-equipped motorcycle will be on display from the MSF 100 Motorcyclists Naturalistic Study now underway.
There also will be demonstrations of automobile vehicle-to-vehicle communication technology being developed by manufacturers and the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute.
We’ll be highlighting five vital tips for riders and 10 tips for drivers that prevent crashes and injury right now. Look for video and other highlights of the event in the near future.
